Following Dr. Montano's lead, our team members are well-trained in state-of-the-art techniques and truly care for each and every patient. Our team is committed to ongoing education and regularly participates in advanced training, allowing us to offer the most advanced technology available in orthodontics today. SureSmile® allows us to create customized arch wires that will move your teeth to the desired position in less time than traditional wires. Invisalign® allows us to create clear trays for those who desire a beautiful smile but do not want the appearance of braces. We work as a team to create a relaxed, pleasant, and caring atmosphere where quality orthodontics provides the beautiful smile our patients are seeking.


Suzanne Hylton is a Treatment Coordinator/Manager at Montano Orthodontics. Suzanne has worked in the field of Orthodontics since 1982 and has been with our office since 1988. Her experience in meeting patients needs is an asset to our patients and practice.

Rhonda Hylton is our Financial Manager. She is in charge of our insurance billing and accounts receivable. Rhonda has been in the dental field since 1975, and has been with Montano Orthodontics since 1985. Her experience and personable touch help to make our office run smoothly. Rhonda enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, shopping, and taking care of her kids(goats).

Natalie DeMario is our Laboratory/Marketing Manager and has been with Montano Orthodontics since 1991. You never know what you will find her working on in our office. Her experience, knowledge, and dedication to all aspects of Montano Orthodontics is greatly appreciated by all. In her spare time Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband Tony, raising Koi fish, gardening, and spring flower photography.

Krystal Clutts is one of our Treatment Coordinators and has been with Montano Orthodontics since 1996. Her caring and understanding spirit make her patients feel right at home. Krystal loves spending time with her husband, two sons, and grandson. She also has two dogs, enjoys camping, and shopping.

Mary Espinoza is our Scheduling Coordinator. She is the first person you will speak to when you call our office and the first friendly face to greet you when you visit us. Mary will be happy to answer any questions you may have, or schedule your next appointment. Mary has been with Montano Orthodontics since 1991. Mary enjoys spending time with her two children and three grandchildren, dog "Buddy", and cat "Peaches". She also likes to garden, camp at the beach, and watch a good movie.

Sandra Cash is our Records Coordinator. She has been with Montano Orthodontics since 1989. She makes sure our patients have beautiful and precise before and after photos to measure their progress. In Sandra's spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children and two grandchildren, gardening, and playing board games.

Melinda Stevens has been a Clinical Technician with Montano Orthodontics since 2003. She also serves as our Surgery Coordinator. Melinda is truly an asset to our team and patients with her easy going and caring attitude. Melinda loves to spend time with her daughter Makayla, visiting family, and Zumba.

Virginia Williams is one of our Clinical Technicians. Virginia started with Montano Orthodontics in 2006 and brings 30 years of dental experience to our office. Virginia and her husband Robert like to relax by spending time with their five children and one granddaughter. Virginia also enjoys rollerblading, snow skiing, and riding bikes.

Debbie Enriquez came to Montano Orthodontics in 1997. She is one of our Lab Technician's. Debbie is dedicated to providing comfortable and quality appliances to our patients. Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband Joe, their two children, dog Zoey, and gardening.

Tara Linder came to Montano Orthodontics in 2008 and is a Clinical Technician. Her Willingness to help and learn different areas in our office is definitely an asset to our patients and staff. Tara enjoys time with her husband Johnny, children Jordan and Emily, and sister Stacie. She also finds time for friends, camping, and gardening.

David Mattison is a Scheduling coordinator. David always makes our patients feel at home whether he's greeting them as they walk through the front door, answering questions over the phone, or by answering e-mails. David has worked in the field of orthodontics since 2005, joining Dr. Montano's team in 2010. In his spare time, David enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee and riding his bike. He is also involved in the Junior High Ministry at Calvary Chapel in Bakersfield.

Narce Elizondo is one of our Clinical Technicians. Narce has worked in the dental field since 1999, and started working for Dr. Montano in 2010. Dr. Montano uses the latest technologies for his patients' treatment, and Narce loves learning new concepts, which is a great asset to our team. When not working, Narce enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying busy with her children's activities, and of course shopping.
